Orders are processed within 5 business days.

During product drops or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.

We ship via USPS or other selected carriers.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

Wild by Zeus is not responsible for:

• Carrier delays
• Lost packages marked as delivered
• Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout

If your package is returned due to incorrect address, customer is responsible for reshipping fees.
